Account Maintenance Certificate along with bank statements for the last six months.
Return air ticket.
Travel agency undertaking on letter head.
Copy of valid CNIC.
Minimum balance of 100,000 (for a single person).
Two photographs of size 35 x 50 with white background on matte finish paper.
Request letter for the embassy on company letterhead along with a visiting card.
