You need your original passport that has at least six months left before it expires and has at least one empty page.

You should also bring copies of all your old passports.

One copy of the latest passport pages that show your name and photo.

A copy of your CNIC or Family “B” form from Nadra, especially if you’re traveling with children. This should be the computerized version.

Two recent passport-sized photos (no older than six months).

Make sure your full name and date of birth are written on the back of the photos.

A letter from your employer stating your job, salary, and that you’ve been approved for leave. If you’re a housewife or student, you need to provide proof that your guardian is employed.

Recent bank statements for the last six months, either from your personal account or a company account.

Proof of your confirmed flight booking and a detailed travel plan.

A hotel booking confirmation for your stay in the Netherlands.

Travel insurance that covers the Schengen area.

Any other documents that show you have strong connections to Pakistan.
