Embassy Requirements

Original passport with at least six months left until it expires and one empty page.

Copies of all old passports you’ve had before.

One copy of the latest passport pages that show your name and photo.

A copy of your CNIC or Family “B” form from Nadra, especially if you’re traveling with children.

Two recent passport-sized photos (no older than six months).

Write your full name and date of birth on the back of the photos.

A letter from your job stating your position, salary, and the dates you’re taking leave. If you’re a housewife or student, you need to provide proof that your guardian is employed.

Recent bank statements from the last six months, either from your personal account or a company account.

Confirmed flight tickets and your travel plan.

A hotel booking confirmation for Egypt.

An invitation letter if you’re visiting family, friends, or for business.

Any other documents that show you have strong ties to Pakistan.

Note: The visa fee is not refundable if your application is rejected or delayed.
