Embassy Requirements

Original passport with a validity of at least six months and at least one blank page.

Copies of all previous passports that the person has held.

One copy of the latest passport pages that have the applicant’s name and photo.

Copy of CNIC or Family “B” form from Nadra (computerized), especially if children are traveling with them.

Two recent passport-sized photos (not older than six months), with the applicant’s name and date of birth (day/month/year) written on the back.

A letter from the employer that includes job details, salary, and confirmation of the leave dates.

If the person is a student or housewife, a document proving the guardian’s employment is needed.

Recent bank statements for the last six months, either from a personal or company account.

Confirmed flight booking and travel plan.

Hotel booking confirmation in Italy.

Travel insurance that covers the Schengen area.

Any additional documents or proof that shows the person has strong connections to Pakistan.

Note: Visa fees are not refundable if the application is rejected or delayed.
