Embassy Requirements

Your passport must be valid for at least six months and have at least one empty page.

You need to provide copies of all your previous passports.

One copy of the latest passport pages that show your name and photo.

A copy of your CNIC or Family “B” form from Nadra (computerized version), especially if you’re traveling with children.

Two recent passport-sized photos (not older than six months) with your name and date of birth written on the back.

A letter from your employer that includes your job title, salary, date of joining, and the approved leave period. If you’re a housewife or student, you must also provide proof of your guardian’s employment.

Recent bank statements for the last six months, either from your personal or company account.

A confirmed round-trip flight booking and full travel itinerary.

A hotel booking confirmation for Finland.

Travel insurance that covers the Schengen area.

Extra documents that show you have strong ties to Pakistan, such as property papers or business proof.

Note: The visa fee is not refundable if your application is rejected or delayed.
