Embassy Requirements

Your passport must be valid for at least six months and have one empty page.

You need a confirmed ticket for your return flight.

You should have a hotel or resort booking confirmation for the Maldives.

You must show proof that you have enough money for your stay.

If you’re traveling with children, you need a copy of their CNIC or Family “B” form from Nadra.

Two recent passport-sized photos are optional but recommended.

Travel insurance is also recommended

Note: Tourist visas are typically given upon arrival and are valid for 30 days, as long as you have confirmed accommodation and a return ticket. Visa fees are not refundable if your application is denied or delayed.

Duration of Stay / Visa Processing Time

Visa on Arrival: 30 Days (extendable up to 90 days in some cases).

Processing Time: Immediate upon arrival at Maldives International Airport.
